Delivery methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard shipping (1–3 business days)
• Express shipping
• Self-collection

Standard shipping
We supply over 1,000 customers in more than 40 countries worldwide. For standard shipping, we use different transport partners depending on weight, destination, and delivery time (road, air, or sea freight).

• Parcels up to 50 kg: Usually shipped by parcel service. Delivery time is approx. 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery region.
• Shipments over 50 kg and bulky goods: Shipped via freight forwarding with day delivery. Delivery time is approx. 2–5 business days, depending on available capacities.
• If an order contains items marked as bulky goods, the entire delivery will be shipped by freight forwarding.
• Unless otherwise agreed, we choose the appropriate shipping method and transport company at our reasonable discretion.

Express shipping
On request, we offer express deliveries with next-business-day delivery.
Orders for this must be received by 2:00 p.m. at the latest.

Self-collection
You can also collect your ordered goods directly from us (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., only by prior arrangement).
Alternatively, you can commission a shipping company of your choice to pick up the goods.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated depending on weight and delivery location and shown on the invoice. We always strive to choose the most cost-effective shipping option for you.
